"Magnificent views , welcoming friendly staff, rooms were luxurious and immaculate! Spa staff very knowledgeable and the restaurant chefs were fabulous - everything from the buffet breakfast to main meals were delicious. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"This is a small hotel out of the centre of town but only a short gojek ride to museum etc. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff - always smiling, pleasant and keen to help. The restaurant is perfectly adequate and the pool area not too noisy. The room, although spacious, cool and comfortable, lacked a view ( ground floor ), looking out onto a wall and a few plants. This may be better upstairs so suggest checking first if this is important. "

"I recently stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for a first trip to Bali. Since it was my first time visiting, I chose Westin for the comfort and reliability, and it definitely delivered. The property is beautiful, and the location in Ubud is peaceful and scenic. The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "

"The room very clean and beautiful, but they had construction and I was not advise of it they did not mention it on their site..they should have it just changed completely the vibe..their pool is also very small so it looks bigger on the images than it is...their breakfast is ok..I had better than that...I would rate it 3.5 stars.."

Architecturally it is out-of-this-world, but what really does this resort proud is the wonderful and attentive staff, beautiful grounds and surroundings, and peaceful, private yet impressive teak-wood heavy villas. "We splurged on a villa with a private pool and it was very special. The villa was lovely and clean and the garden is gorgeous. The staff are so kind and helpful. They arranged a very early airport transfer and gave good tips on local walks. There is also a free shuttle into the busy city centre, but it’s so peaceful here, you’ll be glad to return. The highlight was doing a market tour and cooking class. We did this as a family (with 8 year old child) and it was such a good way to learn a bit more about the culture and food. Thank you for having us - if we are lucky enough to return to Bali, we will be back. "
