Though the 2nd room provided was much better, the furniture are tearing apart like the leather work chair, coffee machine wasn’t clean as I had to depose of old capsules still in the unit. JW Marriott I am pretty sure you can do better. The other thing pillows are flat and uncomfortable."

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
