Room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was great! Best we’ve stayed in, while in Israel. The beach was convenient and clean. The food was phenomenal and the true king beds were great. Staff did their jobs well but seemed reluctant to be asked anything. The pool was great and refreshing. The rooms were true Sea view and parking was good. Overall I’d happily stay again.

The hotel enjoys an incredible location right in front of the Dead Sea, with absolutely breathtaking views. The scenery is truly spectacular, and the food is delicious! The outdoor pool is beautiful, and the indoor pool is pleasant, although it could use some maintenance. Unfortunately, the customer service needs significant improvement. The staff was not particularly friendly, and although they eventually resolved our issues, it often took repeated requests and considerable insistence to get assistance. The steam room was also not working during my stay. Overall, this hotel is a good option thanks to its stunning location, beautiful views, and excellent food. However, with better maintenance and more attentive, welcoming customer service, it could offer a truly outstanding experience.

The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period

One night at the Royal Dead Sea

Enjoyed our stay at Royal hotel Dead Sea. Room was great size but could need some renovation. Bed was big and comfortable, balcony was nice and good view of the sea. The bathroom was big and had both shower and a bathtub. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel, it had everything we needed. Will stay here again!

the hotel was quiet good. the staff was helpful and especially Marina who helped us to find the best room possible and changes it to our request. one issue is that the signal of the tv in the room is not good enough. the spa was very good. breakfast was also good.
