Close walking distance to beach and center of tamarindo. Easy parking. Room barely had an ocean views. Continental breakfast was mid. Staff was great and Toby (dog) is a sweet heart.

Steve and Martha were fantastic and have a great little place. We booked one of the cottages so had a view of the ocean/sunset and a private pool, was brilliant. Didn’t need a car, everything was walkable. Would recommend.

The two owners are wonderful people! The one can also help arrange tours which was easy and helpful. The pool was nice and the breakfast/lunch bar area was great. Not a bad walk up and down the dirt hill.

We felt at home at this lovely hotel. A little oasis in Tamarindo. Easy walk into main area of town (5 min) but also quiet at night. Safe and nice big room which was comfortable and very clean. We would easily stay here again!

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great dinner recommendations and went out of his way to check in with us whenever he saw us. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and portions were generous. It was a 5 minute walk to town and being removed from the center of things made our nights filled with animal noises instead of people noises. Highly recommend this wonderful property!

This hotel was amazing with a total beach vibe. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I wish we had booked this hotel for our entire vacation. The rooms and bathrooms were big. It’s a short walk to the beach and into town.

This is a very nice boutique hotel -it is off the main road which we liked a lot but also means tough walk up unpaved road and stairs to access rooms. Not a negative but something to be aware of. Rooms are big and private and lots of towels! Continental breakfast just ok but can order off very affordable menu for a great breakfast made to order that was excellent. We had a great stay!

Room was exactly as advertised. Super friendly and helpful staff. They were able to supply a crib for our infant daughter. Only a few minutes walk to beach and plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Pool area was great. Can't say enough great things.
