The Space:
We have built this house to be a delight to your senses. When you walk in the front door, your eyes will be distracted by the jungle right in front of you. In the background, the ocean comes into focus as this is the perfect hillside view to enjoy Tamarindo sunsets. The top floor is sitting above the tree line and enjoys perfect unobstructed views of the sunset of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.

Master suite (bedroom 1):

* 3 poolside bedrooms will be ideal for couples with queen beds & ensuite bathrooms.
* Each queen bed has single pullout bed underneath (we set up upon request).
* Pool offers 2 levels of depth: 18" shallow play area for sun bathing; 5' deep section.
* Poolside natural wood cabana offers comfy chaise lounge chairs

Below the pool (bedrooms 5,6,7):
* A private garden view patio with bar seating area, 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms that sit quietly underneath our private waterfall.
* bedroom 1: 2 singles, can convert into a king. Exterior access to shared bathroom.
* bedroom 2: 1 single + full bed. Exterior access to shared bathroom.
* bedroom 3: queen bed + full bathroom ensuite
* This level is accessible from an exterior stairway. Gives the main house guests privacy and allows guests on this level to have their "own area" to hang out.

Q: I am interested in using your house for my business and sell spaces/beds/bedrooms. Is this allowed? Can I cancel if my business needs change?
A: We are happy to host retreats & business groups in our vacation rentals. However, we do not provide support nor take responsibility for your business needs. We do not provide refunds for changes to your business schedule. Good Life Resorts offers unique rentals with various room sizes and quality. Please ask questions if you have specific needs.

NOTE: If you are dividing costs per guest, we recommend guests staying in bedrooms below the pool should pay less than guests in the main house above the pool. If you are hosting a yoga retreat, healing retreat or business retreat, we ask that you clearly communicate to your clients to avoid any frustrations they might have with rooms below the pool. Our rental is very affordable in the 7 bedroom category to account for the lower desirability for 3 bedrooms below the pool.

Guest Access:
Private yard, private house, private pool.

2 golf carts available for additional fee (6 seats, 4 seats). Carts can be available in driveway upon arrival for your convenience. Please inquire.

The Neighborhood:
Waterfall House is located next to a "green zone" which has trees that have yummy fruit that monkeys love to eat. You will often see them playing in the trees as they make their weekly rounds through the Tamarindo Beach area.

We have 1 neighbor next door and 1 neighbor on the road below. Although Tamarindo is really loud, this is a quiet area not suitable for loud parties. You are welcome to play our speakers at reasonable volumes so long as you do not affect our neighbors. Outside speakers are no longer allowed due to noise complaints.

Getting Around:
We are located 2 short blocks from town on paved road. 5 minutes via golf cart (you can rent 2 carts from us). 10 minute walk to Tamarindo center (steep hill), 12-15 minute walk to Tamarindo beach. Unlike other Tamarindo houses on hillside, our road is one of the only fully-paved roads.

Other Things to Note:
We have handymen and cleaners available upon request. Please let us know when you need something.

GOLF CARTS: We have 2 house golf carts available for rent at affordable rates. Please inquire and we will provide updated pricing. Outside golf carts are not allowed to charge at our house.

Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge / house manager, KENNER and his wife KAREN, are available during your stay to assist with any issues during your stay. Please reach out via WhatsAp, where you can ask questions, request transportation, order golf carts, ask for help setting up tours.
