"The blinds were so thin you can see inside the rooms. The door had no locks from the inside. Ants were always everywhere even at dinner time. Only one sweet lady who did an amazing job running the entire place and it seemed like I was the only one there at the time. This spa is not a good place too stay. Not even an iron or air conditioner was in the rooms at all either and list goes on. Stay away!"

Nice big bathroom with really thick towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The morning breakfast and coffee was really good. Had fresh pineapple and watermelon, good coffee, mini pancakes, beef birria. Free transportation to the airport. Staff all very friendly."

Holiday Inn Express San Jose Costa Rica Airport by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room and comfortable beds. Wifi was a little spotty. Pool was relaxing. Breakfast had a lot of options and the gentleman who ran the kitchen made my friend a really cool banana Dolphin with strawberries and fresh honey. So cool! Convenient location to the car return but not much else in an easily walkable area other than the casino next door. The shuttle for dining options was nice though. Quick shuttle to the airport was fantastic as well."
