Enjoy this quaint and charming Tampa guest house with fun outdoor vibes and a beautiful pool to relax in. This suite is a separate unit from the main house. It is located in the back by the pool with a private entrance and free parking for 1 vehicle. It is centrally located and within minutes from Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, International Mall, Ybor City, etc. This is the perfect spot to stay in for a Bucs game, events, or concerts, as it is within walking distance to the stadium!

You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the driveway. You will have your own private entrance to the guest house, located in the backyard by the pool. You are welcome to use the pool, grill, fire pit, washer / dryer. Please note, other guests may be occupying the main house and will have access to the backyard amenities, as well.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (2 Max).

-- No more than 1 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway (left side) / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Pets must be leashed outside at all times. Please pick up pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
