For a Marriott property, the hotel looks like the forgotten child. It definitely shows it age and is in need of a facelift. Everything about it screams tired, including its employees.
When we entered our first room, it STUNK so bad of moth balls and mold, we ran out and downstairs to get another room. Only thing left was a hearing impaired room.
The second room was okay, nothing special, nothing nice to say about it, and a TINY countertop with no space. Beds were okay, pillows uncomfortable.
Breakfast was not as expected as well for a Fairfield. The woman in charge did work hard to keep up with demand.
Front desk staff was decent. They had their hands full as the elevator. DID NOT WORK during my entire stay. Great fun carrying stuff up and down the stairs.
This hotel was NOT WORTH THE PRICE and it should have been discounted due to the inconvenience of not having an elevator.
In the future, I definitely do not plan to stay here ever again and advise others to steer clear as well. Changes at this hotel are definitely needed.
