The sofa sectional and 50" Smart TV gives you the comfort of home. There is a closet for storage of your personal items. The master bath has a full bathtub with a shower, toilet & single vanity area. A queen size bed awaits you with soft sheets and a cozy comforter to snuggle in while watching the TV to enjoy your favorite movie or series! You will enjoy all the cool colors of the seafoam green that is carried throughout the condo and the warmth of the textures that you will find. Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the community and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. This community offers tennis and pickleball courts plus 27 scenic holes that can be played in any variation to complete an 18-hole round! Get away from it all here! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass or The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just 10-15 minute drive to Tampa Premium Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area like Carrabba's, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co or wine tasting at Cooper's Hawk.
