The pool is located in a courtyard shaded by surrounding trees. During the summer, with regular rain and wind, leaves may occasionally blow into the water. We have a cleaning team that services it every Thursday, but a few leaves in between cleanings can be expected.

A digitally signed rental agreement, valid photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. This is mandatory for check-in. No refunds will be given for failure to complete this step.

Guest Access:

Our home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection. We're a licensed, local 24/7 boutique vacation rental management company specializing in the guest experience.

The pool is in a courtyard with trees around it. During summer, there’s regular rain and wind, so leaves may blow into the water. We have a cleaning team that services it every Thursday, but a few leaves in between cleanings can be expected.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
