All reservations once booked will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be required to sign our rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
1. You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. You acknowledge that you must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
3. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID via a secure web portal prior to the day of check-in.
4. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
5. You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
6. You acknowledge and understand that all access codes for this property will be provided via a third party guest application.
