You can never go wrong with a decent stay. It’s one of the few hotels in Guam that is really accommodating especially during the holiday season. Love the quietness, the atmosphere, and staff is professional. Will always come back yearly.

The room was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star review is the entire time I stayed there, the boiler was out and the water temperature in the bathroom was lukewarm. I did leave a cash tip for the housekeeper because I did have some shopping bags I left empty water bottles and other regular trash items. I think I left my USB-C charger there, but that’s okay I guess. People forget things all the time. Anyways, thanks to the hotel staff for being so nice! P.S. - I’m the one who left the night staff the pie from Capricciosa. 😃

Checking in with the hotel was very swift and without any issues. Staffs from the front desk and the room service are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very close to a good amount of places to eat. Overall, our stay here is very satisfactory to us.

There was no hot water in the entire building at all and they knew it but haven’t posted anything about it when making reservations. We were told they would be getting their boiler repaired some time this month hopefully. The laundry room was impossible to use since there was a massive bus load of men dropped off who took over the laundry room and wouldn’t allow anyone else to use it. The staff is why I’m even giving 1 star. The customer service was amazing and the staff was welcoming.

Great choice in Tumon

Always a joy to stay here while visiting. Staff are very friendly and rooms always comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Snorkelling right outside the hotel was a lot of fun, even seen a sea turtle!

The hotel room was huge and spacious. It was also clean. Parking was easy - either right outside the building or in the basement area. It’s located right next to the beach. It was also like less than ten minutes from the airport. Good wifi connection and the staff at front desk was great! Would stay here again!

Beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the beach is a plus. Breakfast is a buffet and is delicious. Great location can walk to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Rooms are large and fairly priced. Everyone who worked there was very nice and hospitable answering questions and super helpful. Didnt catch the doormans name but he is super sweet and Robert (I believe his name is) at the front desk super nice as well. There is also a gift shop inside that sells snacks drinks at a very reasonable price. When I come back Ill be staying here again!

Good Tumon hotel

A good hotel with a nice store, located in close to “downtown”. Roll-out beds are not available. Even good for large groups such as 4-people if you get a 4-bed room.
