Everything was clean, aircon is great you can turn down the fan so its quite, rooms are really quiet / sound proof Staff was friendly when checking in, and they ask if it was okay if they clean the room while I was working, very friendly & professional

We paid to stay 5 nights at a "Hotel". The Wine Vine is NOT a Hotel. The rooms are not serviced. No customer service. The rooms were cold, dark and shoddy. We had to ask to get some clean towels - the used ones were not removed. Poor quality bedding. The Manager/Reception not interested in addressing our concerns - poor heating, TV not working, room not getting cleaned. Worst place we have ever stayed at, totally misrepresented by their website.

While the motel looks old and a little neglected the room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed, spacious and clean room, coffee and tea making facilities and supplies. Motel has a pool which we didn't use, and lots of parking,
