"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. The other thing was a very bright exit sign in the room that we wish we could have covered as we prefer to sleep in total darkness, but otherwise a great stay. Very convenient!"

"Great for travelers. Very clean. Was so nice having a washing machine in the room. Location is very central and convenient whether you are walking or taking a train. 24/7 convenience store on site was so convenient to have which also sold beer and wines."

"I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using. Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The onsite staff is helpful and reachable via WhatsApp or Kakao (no phones in rooms). The location is superb if you're visiting the major sites in Jongno. Overall I'd highly recommend and would stay there again. Note to the property though: a hook or two in the bathroom was so desperately wanted. Seems like a small thing but it'd be nice to hang up the bathrobe or towels."

"Fabulous location, very nice people, terrific art on walls and in adjacent museum. However, standard rooms are TINY. Fine for a single person. We are a couple and we suspected that but counted on the "guest lounge" as a place where we could get comfy chairs, talk, work on our email, read, etc. Sadly, the "lounge" is a computer and two low tables with four not-comfortable dinig style chairs in a small room with a vending machine and all hard surfaces. Would get larger room or not stay here unless the room is only for sleeping and not for relaxing."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Myeongdong and beyond (short walk to metro). We found the room very comfortable with good amenities. Very good breakfast and friendly, professional staff. Being in the centre of Myeongdong it's in an area that's pedestrianised in the evenings, so you may have to walk a short way with luggage. We hadn't realised that there is no restaurant or bar, but there plenty of eateries in the area."

"Outstanding hotel in a very walkable neighborhood with a LOT to see! This hotel is the perfect location in Seoul to stay! Quiet and immaculately clean with an amazing view of the city from our window. Friendly English speaking staff. 24 hour convenience store in the hotel! 4 different coffee shops within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. We also got an outstanding couple’s massage at the hotel spa. Highly recommend this hotel!"
