I am a rep that travels a lot . The Coastal Motel is so clean so very clean. I had the best sleep here in 20 years. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Reception was super friendly and the whole premises is very well kept, I will be returning next time I am in Yeppon.

The motel was clean and accessible. Our room was secure, spacious and clean, it was a lovely space to kick back and relax - there was storage space for belongings and travel bags! The mattress was also comfortable :) Staff were great at communicating where to pick up our room key via text message and responsive to any updates from our end. We didn't get a chance to use the amenities and when we did go towards the pool area, it seemed like the amenities rooms were closed off. However, we enjoyed our takeout meal by the pool, so no complaints! The area was clean and beautiful and gave off resort vibes! Communication regarding where the reception was located (adjacent to the parking lot) would have been helpful as it wasn't clear where it was and if anyone was available on Easter Monday, the day we checked out. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it as it's close to attractions in Yeppoon! If/when we come back, we would probably re-book at The Coast Motel :)

Room service daily was good. Can be noisy from other people staying there banging their doors. Everyone was big enough to have a small dining table in there but there was not one to make it easier to sit and eat our food. Our room and bathroom was more than a decent size. The bed felt like an ironing board. Communication to find our keys after hours was great. The facility was in a handy location for us.
