At the gates of the ancient city of Arles famous for its arenas and férias and soon for the famous Luma tower, 10 minutes from the city center, on a wooded park of 8500 m², come and spend a few days of rest at MAS MAURANE, in his fully equipped LE ROMARIN gîte, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, etc.
Covering an area of 100 m² on the ground floor, this cottage for 6 people has a private terrace with pergolas, garden furniture and barbecue.
It has two bedrooms, one family with a double bed in 140 and 2 beds in 90, the other with 1 bed in 160 and its private bathroom.
Le Mas Maurane provides its tenants with an indoor heated swimming pool from April to the end of October (depending on the weather).
A private car park will receive your vehicle.
The rental of this cottage is at the price of:
April to June, Sept, Oct, Dec: 120 € / night (minimum 2 nights).
July-August: 150 € / night, minimum 2 nights.
November, January to end of March: € 85 / night (minimum 2 nights).
A cleaning fee of € 50 is charged for the stay.
The tourist tax requested by the town hall is additional (1.68 € / day / adult person).
