Room was clean had great amenities. Good place for a last minute booking. Only down fall was we Stayed in a room with a bunk bed for the kids. Bunk bed is made of metal and squeaked very loudly when the kids even move a slight inch during the night.

Staff waited back until we arrived 3 hours later than we originally discussed

The staff were friendly but we just couldn’t get past the noise. We had travelled a long way and had a big day of travel following and we were kept awake by someone blowing party whistles and stopping and banging on the wall. It was near impossible to settle our 3 children.

See above!

Run down and so very cramped. No utensils or toaster provided, no hair drier. Fridge froze everything including milk provided, cockroaches running around, needs a total refurb and re stock. Looks nothing like the photos provided, disgusting for $147, should’ve been $90 tops, less than budget!
