"Leider entspricht das Hotel keinem 5 Sterne Standard sondern maximal 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern und haben einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Essen und die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal hat aber mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Es befanden sich bei meinem Besuche sehr viele Bus Reisegruppen im Hotel und dementsprechend laut war es auch. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön aber der Fitnessraum ist ein Witz. Nur veraltete und teilweise defekte Geräte. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert...

"Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel sind altbacken, der Fernseher mini, der Geruch der Zimmer geht so. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Es gibt nicht einmal Wasser gratis im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings keine 4 Sterne. In der Nebensaison bis 15.3. gibt es einige Gratis Parkplätze in der Stadt in Laufnähe, ansonsten ist die Parkplatzsituation angespannt (und teuer). "The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"Fantastic stay! The building was renovated few years ago and modernized with a lot of electronics. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Very nice bathroom. All hotel interior is consistent with sea-related decorations and zodiac theme incorporated in overall design. Even the napkins are personalized. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel! "
