While this property seems to be hidden away, it is actually well situated with parks, restaurants, monuments, markets, etc. only minutes away. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and restaurant personnel are respectful, friendly, and incredibly professional. I was impressed and would make this my stop again.

We stayed there in 2 family rooms. I can confidently say this was the worst experience we have had. The staff were very rude. The breakfast was unacceptable, so poor that it would have been better if none had been offered. Coffee had to be requested, after over 10 mins, it was served in a chipped cup, cold & undrinkable. We had to leave & eat breakfast outside. The hotel advertises a swimming pool, but guests are required to pay $25 to use it, a clear case of misleading promotion. Rooms were filthy & unpleasantly odorous. The bedsheets were old & worn, the duvets had no covers & smelled terrible, the towels were rough & of very poor quality. The most unprofessional & insulting experience came at check-out. 2 receptionists were present, 1 went to inspect the rooms, claiming he needed to check if we had forgotten something. He returned 10 mins later with a pillow cover, pointing out a tiny reddish spot and telling us we might need to pay a fine for it. On already dirty & unhygienic linen, this accusation was absurd. Nevertheless, he made us wait a further 10 mins while they washed it to see if the mark would come out. Only then did he dismiss the matter, saying ok. The episode was unprofessional, insulting & deeply inappropriate. I am not writing this review based on UK or EU hotel standards. Even by the lowest & most basic international standards, Leader falls far below what could be considered acceptable. Frankly, its a hotel that shouldn’t be operating in its current state.

Mediocre

It was good but there were a few issues. In the bathroom the flushing mechanism was broken and so was the shower arm. One of the sockets was very loose and potentially dangerous. We asked reception to fox those 3/4 times but they could not be bothered. Also when we paid with our card (twice) they told us it didn’t work and the payment did not go through so we were asked to pay in cash. However we then found the 2 charges in our bank statements. We flagged it to the hotel but again they could not be bothered.

Très bien 15 minutes à pied du métro mais les taxis (Yandex) sont tellement pas cher (1$-5$) que c’est très pratique. Grande chambre, avec balcon pour la luxueuse… vaut le coût selon moi… le seul hic les matelas hyper dur.

Situation correcte et calme; bon petit déjeuner. Mais, arrivant à 1h du matin, nous avons commandé une navette aéroport, et là, le prix est très abusif. De ce fait, pour les 2 dernières nuits à Tashkent avant notre retour en France nous sommes allés dans un autre hôtel de même gamme qui nous a commandé un taxi tôt le matin pour l'aéroport pour 8 fois moins cher..

Good stay but gym/breakfast can be improved

It was a good stay. They charged me for an early check in even though I hadn’t. Other than that the rest of the stay was fine. The gym can be done with an investment as machines didn’t work. A working treadmill would be welcomed. Also, breakfast is good but I didn’t really find anything I liked. Would be great if they bring better cakes and snacks as well as maybe cooking a fresh omelette to the persons choice.
