We booked a 2 bedroom unit and couldn't be more happier with the choice of motel. Very clean & spacious, lovely accomodating hosts, takeaways and mini mart right across the road, super convenient location to Baypark Arena. Had a morning of Op Shopping which were all very close and Bayfair Mall just down the road. Will be rebooking for next year.

Close to Bayfair & Bay Park and easy driving distance to Mt Maunganui & Tauranga. If a swim is required the beaches are just around the corner and a couple good quality cafes a short drive on your way to Mt Maunganui along the beach road.
