Featuring a patio with a spacious terrace and barbecue facilities, Empreita Holiday House is located in Santa Catarina, near Olhão and just a 15-minute drive from Fuseta Beach. The air-conditioned accommodations are spacious and guests benefit from free Wi-Fi. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, bed linen, towels, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The space: Bedrooms: each bedroom has comfortable single beds (bed linen included). Reversible air conditioning keeps the house cool or warm, regardless of the season. Bathroom: A shower cubicle has been installed to provide the perfect shower after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Towels and shower gel/shampoo are included. Living room: With generous windows and doors leading to the patio, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a variety of furniture, including a comfortable sofa bed with a side table. The living room, dining area, and kitchen form an open space with direct access to the outdoor terrace through the windows and doors. Kitchen: fully equipped with a variety of appliances, including a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, iron, and washing machine. We provide basic kitchen utensils. Enjoy the outdoor spaces and barbecue under the Algarve sun. The terrace has chairs, a table, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing day or night. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and an ATM, ensuring everything you need is nearby. Traveler Access The house is rented in its entirety, giving guests access to the whole property. As this is a rural area, renting a car is advisable! Other things Things to keep in mind: - The base rate covers up to 4 guests. An additional fee of €25 per person, per night, applies for additional guests beyond the room. - Pets are welcome upon request, subject to an additional fee of €100. - The house is a non-smoking property, out of respect for our non-smoking guests.
