"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "

It would be better if they could provide useful information, such as nearby restaurants, when guests check in at the counter—especially since the hotel does not have its own dining facilities. "Room is old, but it was very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very nice with great choice and healthy, but little difficult to place food because it is crowded on the counter. (Cannot put down plate to pick the food). Love the BGM in during the breakfast and room."
