"Service from front reception staff on arrival when booking platform used had not passed on request for room specific- accomodated and had lovely marina views. Dinner on site lovely and the happy hour at Mobys a real treat. Our second time hope it’s not too long till we return again. "

"Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean. Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there. Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty. Fridge frosted up and not closing properly. Staff were very helpful. Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance. Gave off a tired feel. "
