"This was our first time staying here. The property was nice and we loved the covered deck/porch with the view of the lake. The upstairs loft king size bedroom was nice and the bed was perfect for me. The little 1/2 bathroom was very convenient for me also. The bunkbed room was perfect for all the kids we had with us. The queen size bedroom was ok. Having the twin bed pull out from under the bed was nice but…the queen mattress was horrible!! I wish I had taken a picture but I never did. In my opinion it needs to completely be replaced. The room with the futon was nice as well. Having access to so many different types of kayaks, canoes, paddle boat, row boat was really amazing/nice. The kids had a great time using them. It was nice sitting on the dock all day and watching the sunset was wonderful. Unfortunately we did not swim due to so many leaches, no one really wanted to get in the water which was disappointing but you really can’t control that. My final thoughts are…it’s a very nice property, nice house, awesome so many boats were included and having air conditioning was great!!!We would definitely consider this property again, it was perfect for the amount of people we had but like I said…the queen mattress really needs replacing! Any and all communication with owners was also perfect.Thank you for a great stay!!Jackie"

"This Vrbo exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely perfect for our stay in Eustis. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have hoped for. The hot tub was amazing and definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay! Communication with the host was easy and seamless from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"The cabin is absolutely lovely… Well supplied and comfortable, but the real icing on the cake is the dock! You sit out there and you watch the loons and it’s the quietest you’ve ever heard in your entire life. Last night we listened to the loons and watched the lightning in the distance and the meteor showers."
