"Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were in a family suite with heaps of room and access to all amenities. We were on the 4th floor but lucky enough to have a lift up to our apartment. Absolutely loved our first time stay in Venice."

"Great property in the heart of Venice. The staff was very helpful and the location allowed us to access almost every part of the city very easily. Restaurants and shopping are literally right outside the door, yet the property is a bit away from the frenzy and quiet when needed. We hesitated a bit to go directly to the hotel by water taxi because it cost Euros 80 for a 15 minute ride. But it is worth the convenience of not having to lug around your suitcases from the ferry dock, looking for...

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"The staff was amazing - that is the most special part of this hotel. Also its boutique and historic, plus has a great view on the Canal. Matteo, the owner, made us eggs each morning for breakfast, we will always come back when in Venice."

"Hotel was excellent, great service from staff. Easy to get to from water taxi and to depart as well. Breakfast was awesome w great selection. Rooms clean and as advertised! Great stay!!!!"

"ヴェネチア本島でも利便性の良い場所にコスト・パフォーマンス良く泊まれます。"

"A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Situated on the Grand Canal within a stone's through of the Rialto Bridge. Beautiful restaurant with seating right on the canal. The food was excellent as well as the choices. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Water taxi's right to the front door of the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition and well appointed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The hotel was well priced in comparison with the others of similar quality on the...

"This property is located in fantastic spot. Steps away from Rialto Bridge, right on the water and steps away from the water taxi, making it easy to commute with luggage not having to pull your bags through the cobblestone streets. Conveniently located in San Marco area and San Polo across the other side of the bridge. We felt extremely safe to walk around in the evening in the area with multiple dining and shopping choices right next-door to a supermarket which made purchasing snacks for the...

"Everything I loved."
