"Good hotel overall. Decent rooms although aircon wasn’t great. Good breakfast with wide range of food. They need to find a way of keeping the pigeons away from the outdoor seating. Pool area is good and spacious, but water slightly cold. I think this mainly because of the positioning of the pool. The hotel building blocks out a lot of sunlight for large parts of the day which is a shame. Staff could have been more friendly. But otherwise a good experience."

"We loved that the hotel was so close to the beach - 5 min walk. The breakfast was great too to start our day. The only downside was the noise from the garbage trucks in the early hours of the morning. I would not recommend staying in 301. We had other family members staying on the other side of the hotel - they did not hear any noise."

"Excellent hotel. Great room. Great buffet breakfast overlooking the sea with loads of food. Great rooftop pool and not crowded. Great location. Also they upgraded us and allowed us to checkout late. Can’t fault anything."

"Noor at the front desk was especially helpful. The room was clean, spacious for the money and well kept. The breakfast for 50 shekels was reasonable value. unfortunately the coffee machine remained broken for the two days I was there, but this kind of thing can happen. The hotel is well located, close to the sea in a nice neighbourhood and close to everything downtown. Not a fancy luxury hotel, but very good value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation and in fact will be coming back for a second two nights later in my trip. There is really nothing serious to criticize."
