Spoil yourself to a vacation that has everything you could dream of! Enjoy the views from any of the 2 panoramic terraces in this 2 floor beachfront duplex* in the Residence Marine Heights. It is modern, fully equipped and a few steps from the beach. The building has a shared outdoor swimming pool**, a guarded lobby 24/7 and a private parking garage.
*This is a duplex apartment. Guests must be comfortable with using stair during their stay.
** The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
THE SPACE
The apartment is modern bright and airy, right in front of the ocean. It is organized on 2 levels.
- Lower level
Open living area, divided between a kitchen and a living room.
Fully furnished living room, equipped with a flat screen 43’’ TV.
Access to a balcony to relax in a hanging egg chair and to the first terrace furnished with a dining table which can accommodate 6 people.
Fully equipped open kitchen, furnished with a fancy two levels bar which can sit 6 people.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, 2 large chests of drawers for your belongings, en suite shower room with sink.
Access to the terrace.
- Upper level
Master bedroom: King size bed, en suite full bathroom with tub, full height closet. Access to the second terrace with 2 loungers, a stunning sea view and an exterior shower for perfect sunbathing.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, large chest of drawers, en suite full bathroom with shower.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic).
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
- Access to the outdoor swimming pool of the complex. Open from April 1st until October 31st.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- Private parking spot: included in the booking. Please notify us in advance.
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
The residence is on a quiet street leading to the beach front. You can just walk down 200m to the beach and enjoy. You may then simply walk north to the rest of the city beaches or south to the Marina. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance and some cafes. For a large offer, you’ll need to head over the business district or the center of Herzliya Pituach (5-10 minutes drive).
GETTING AROUND.
We recommend renting a car to access the other beaches of Herzliya and the commercial areas, as well as Tel Aviv.
Buses run on both ends of the street and will take you to the rest of town.
If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
