The property is very old and outdated, very crowded and loud guests. When I asked for a bigger bed and room I was ignored. Extremely disappointing. Location is nice by the beach but that’s all.

The Maxim is a delightful small hotel right on the beach in Tel Aviv. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, delicious fresh breakfast and happy hour. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the Maxim...

We had an amazing stay of several days at the Maxim. Always clean, perfect, friendly and lovely all over. The glass of wine in the evening was quite a treat coming back from the beach or shopping. Excellent location, perfect for us all the time, we loved it!!!

The hotel is very quaint and nicely fashioned. The room was a bit small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good with a decent variety. The clincher is the proximity to the beach and waterfront walk!
