The rooms are amazing in decor, and they are spotless, everything is very clean, the staff are friendly and always smiling, the marshal speakers elevated the experience, we were celebrating a birthday so we had complementary cake and cava which is a beautiful touch, the breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, and the gym is spacious and clean.

Big, comfortable room. Kitchenette huge advantage. Very good bathroom with excellent water pressure. Great breakfast. Attentive and amiable staff. Very good location. My only complaint is the WiFi, which kept disconnecting. Definitely recommend this hotel.

As the hotel has members option we didnt have space by the pool it was packed and not convenient especially at this price you expect to have a good experience, we managed to find a place to sit only at 5 pm on the first day and we left very early on the second day as it was not nice to stay

malfunctioning a/c. incompetent staff. bad loud music. gym is booked with classes 75% of the day. awful poolside food. we dropped laundry off on weds; when we called to ask about it days later, they only then told us they weren't able to do it. finally, we requested a refund for a small portion of our stay, their customer service rep alona agreed to it, then never gave the refund. infuriating experience.
