"that it's best to stay on the second floor, because when I lived on the first floor, I had some terrible upstairs neighbors. They would start jumping at 10 PM and Woke me up .then walk around really loudly starting at 6 AM. They also stomped their feet in rhythm and jump too. It went on from 6 AM until 8 AM, all morning long because when I lived on the first floor, I had some terrible upstairs neighbors.
