"We stayed in a few larger rooms before arriving at this hotel, so the 20sqm room felt smaller—but the layout was smart and made good use of the space. A nice touch was the daily change of PJs (yes, the hotel provides them, and they’re very comfortable!). Location: Great access to the train station directly from within the building, plus plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast: Quite basic. Service: We met a few cleaners who were very kind and friendly. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Minoto City is a nice neighborhood. Near Tokyo Tower and shopping area and restaurants. Room is clean and spacious for Tokyo area. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. Recommend this hotel and will stay again!"

"Pod itself was fine for what it is. Bathrooms and common areas (lockers, showers etc) all smell absolutely disgusting throughout the entire area which means you’ll be grabbing your stuff from your bags while smelling very intense urine and faeces. Staff that greeted me were very nice however I heard later staff members being extremely rude to other customers. Overall it was not a great experience and please do not book this place if you have large bags! "

"Staff at property were excellent. The room was excellent as well spacious for Tokyo standards and comfortable. 4 people slept great. The bathroom too was excellent with a surprisingly spacious shower. Finally the complementary breakfast was also quite delicious. Would definitely stay here again on future visits."
