The room was disgusting, it smelt musty and the quilts were stained. We did not stay at this hotel and decided to go elsewhere but I'm being charged for it. The manager is trying to say that they offered us multiple different rooms and they never did. The front desk told us that she spoke with her manager and he said to refund us the full amount. The front desk even told me that they don't send families up to the 2nd floor and my only question to that is WHY??? There were all kinds of sketchy people around the hotel parking lot outside and upstairs. This was a VERY unsafe environment. I booked through Expedia who had only the 5 star ratings posted. I pretty sure this is a hotel used for drugs users! If I have to get a lawyer involved, I will! My recommendation to anyone wanting to book a hotel, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM RED ROOF INN. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Wonderful hotel stay

A true surprise! The room was very nice and the were very friendly and helpful. I'm returning in 2 weeks and will be staying there again is how well I liked it. I felt secure and there were plenty of places around to eat. And excellent place for the price

This is the best hotel I've stayed in while visiting Terrell in a long time. I was very pleased with how well kept the property. The location is convenient and close to a few dining options and parking was as well. Keep up the good work!

It was the friendliness of the front desk upon check in & check out. We found the bedding comfortable, & clean. The location, near gas & food, was very convenient. Even though it was a busy area, we didn’t notice a lot of noise. Thank you for the service!

Dog Friendly

I look for places that are dog friendly. I have a 40 lb rescue that travels with me. Red Roof Inns are now among my favorite as they are no frills, clean, dog friendly places. This one was just that. And...not far from Buc-ees! We like to call them "Red WOOF Inns".

Well-maintained, clean, and spacious property. Absolutely incredible! I have stayed in at least 5 other RR properties in the past in other states but this location is the best I've encountered so far!!! Was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, given it's on the spectrum of somewhat low-budget hotels. Definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend.
