Public parking on the road. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Taggia Arma" 8 km, sandy beach "Santo Stefano al Mare" 3 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, cycle lane 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.

lovely small flat with amazing view

The apartment is small but perfect for a couple and with everything you may need (TV has only german channels though). The view is amazing and the terrace is fantastic and always sunny. The hamlet is very quiet bu be careful that there is a church nearby and the bells toll every hour (even at night).

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse

Der Ort liegt sehr schön am Hang, enge Strasse und kurvig. Leider gibt es keinen Laden oder ein Restaurant. Das Haus ist schön gelegen - und man muss sich zuerst an den stündlichen Glockenschlag gewöhnen. Die Infrastruktur ist gut, jedoch die Ausstattung lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Alles billige Plastikware, keine Weingläser, Salatschüssel etc. Man könnte diese Wohnung zu einem Bijou machen mit wenig Aufwand und Geld.

Coole Dachterrasse - nette Vermieter - Wlan nicht

Tolle Lage, wenn man mit dem Auto da ist und es gerne ruhig hat. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto nicht weit und man kann in den Bergen gut wandern. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden. Es ist klein, die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer, die Vermieterin nett. Das größte Manko für uns war das quasi nicht funktionierende wlan. Wir würden uns das nächste Mal mit einem analogen Reiseführer ausstatten, Wir waren ohne ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden,die Wohnung sehr sauber, nur das ständige Hundegebell und das schlagen der Kirchenglocke nervt schon etwas. Ansonsten gab es keine Beanstandungen.

Prima vakantiehuis volgens prijs en kwaliteit

Leuk vakantiehuis gelegen in het dorpje Terzorio op de berg, zo'n 3,5 km van de kust.. Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht, maar de basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig voor een zorgeloos verblijf. Het huisje bestaat uit een gelijkvloers met living en keuken. Op de bovenverdieping is de slaapkamer en de badkamer. De bovenverdieping geeft ook uit op een groot dakterras met een subliem uitzicht op de zee en de borgo. Het is eerder geschikt voor 2 personen dan voor 4 (tenzij voor een gezin met kindjes)

moderne, zweckmäßige, feriengerechte und schöne Einrichtung, komplett neu.Große Terrasse mit 180 Grad Meerblick. Überall Fliegengitter. Treppenbegehung bedarf etwas Umsicht. Reisetipps: Am Ort selbst Miniladen fürs Nötigste, Bar im Nachbarort (2,7 km)Pompeiana oder am Meer. Donnerstag bis Sonntag gute Pizzeria/Ristorante am Ort. Wandern mit Meerblick und Höhendifferenz vom Ort ab, oder nah Pompeiana

Unterkunft sehr sauber, Klasse Terrasse mit MeerblickKein Wäschewechsel bei 14täg. Aufenthalt Lieber eigene Handtücher mitbringen Reisetipps: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf, nächster Laden ca. 10km.Viele interessante Orte im Hinterland, Reiseführer mitnehmen.

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick von der tollen ca. 40qm großen Terrasse.Wohnung über zwei Etagen, aber bei der Treppe nach oben – Kopf einziehen.Vermieterin sehr nett, sprachlich leider nur Iitalienisch und ein paar Brocken Englisch.Leider ist die Kücheneinrichtung eher dürftig ausgestattet. Teller, Tassen usw. sollte man täglich spülen, sonst reichts nicht. Wasserkocher reicht für zwei kleine Tassen Espresso :–( Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne Küche.Die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern sind leider schon kaputt, sodass die Mücken doch reinschlüpfen. Klimaanlage funktioniert prima und mit ein wenig Umsicht, wirds auch finanziell für die Stromkosten nicht zu schlimm.Leider sind aber von den 5 Stühlen auf der Terasse, schon zwei unbenutzbar ebenfalls die zwei Liegen. Hier könnte man für Ersatz sorgen.Alles in allem aber eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung mit privatem Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Reisetipps: San Remo, Monacco, Imperia, Dörfer entlang der Küstenstraße.Prima, kleine Badestrände in St. Stefano al Mare und Riva Ligure.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in beiden Küstendörfern ausreichend vorhanden.Kleine, nicht von Touristen überlaufende Dörfer mit ein paar schönen Bars/Cafes und Pizzarien.Am Strand für Kinder eine Wasserspielburg und Tretboote für die ganze Familie.

unkompliziert, gemütlich, sauber, ruhig, toller Ausblick

Die Übergabe klappte völlig problemlos, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Sonnenterrasse mit Blick über das Meer ist toll. Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Ort nicht weit vom Meer ist hier möglich.
