Il Gabbiano is located just above the seaside village of Bordighera in one of the westernmost areas of the Riviera di Ponente, a few kilometers from Sanremo, Nice, and Monte Carlo.

Il Gabbiano is a ground-floor apartment with a private entrance and a stunning ocean view. The entrance to the property is through the garden, where you’ll immediately find a beautiful porch and an elegant outdoor living area with satellite TV. The porch leads directly to the modern, well-equipped kitchen; on the right side of the kitchen is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, while behind the kitchen is a triple bedroom with direct access to the garden. (5 guests)

The fenced-in garden, approximately 300 square meters, extends along the front and side of the property, offering privacy thanks to the curtains and the valley, which make the setting very secluded. The main area is paved with teak and features the dining area, the relaxation area, and the sunbathing area.
Along the perimeter and on the sides, there is a beautiful English-style lawn and a lovely hedge that further ensures privacy. To the side of the property, in a secluded spot yet still offering panoramic views, is the hot tub, which comfortably accommodates 4 people and is available from the last Saturday in April through the first Saturday in October. The outdoor area features an outdoor grill facing the sea
, equipped with two grill grates. THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 550 EUROS.

The property also includes a garage suitable for a mid-sized car and an outdoor parking space.
