"The shower had a cool shower head, but the water got out and soaked the floor each time it was used. The towels and blankets all had hair weaved through them. Was also charged $100 extra without being informed that it was the incidental fee until it was checkout time and I asked about it."

"The manager who checked us in was absolutely friendly and very professional. He was eager to help in any way. We were very pleased with our stay.. Hotel staff was friendly and our bed was very comfortable. My husband was so glad there was not fluffy duvet. Regular sheets, blanket and topper. It was perfect."
