"UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE ROOM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK SAFE. I HAD TO SUCK IT IN AS I KNEW I MIGHT NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THE 3 NIGHTS PAID.

As soon as I walked into the room, I knew it was a red flag, but I had no other choice, as all the hotels were sold out on Christmas Eve.
