The kitchen is fitted with an oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is a smaller room equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
