Another bedroom on this level has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, with access to the terrace and swimming pool. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to the garden and terrace. The upper floor houses one more bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace.
