Near the lounge, there is a billiard room. A corridor leads to the bedroom part of the villa. On this floor we will find three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the same level, we will have three bathrooms at our disposal: two with shower and one with a bathtub. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite double bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.EXTERIOR: The entrance to the property can be made through a pedestrian door or through a sliding door with capacity for several vehicles.
