"All staff very helpful,and knowledgeable. Rooms large, and very comfortable. Spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi were really relaxing and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts had lots of options. All fresh and replenished frequently. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing,ideally placed to visit lots of local attractions. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay.looking forward to going back"

"Girlie weekend that didn’t disappoint! The hotel was amazing!! The staff were all so friendly helpful and professional! The rooms so lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable! Decoration throughout the hotel was very tasteful and modern. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and insane views!! Highly recommend and will certainly be looking to stay in another IHG Hotel."

"We paid for a basic twin onsuite room and were pleased with the clean and spacious rooms, although, if you are not tall I advise bringing your own coat hangers as the hanging facilities in the room use the type of hangers that cannot be removed from the rail, which is tricky if you have long coats or garments to drape over hangers you can barely reach. The staff were very helpful and free parking is in the walled carpark. You can park first and then go to reception to obtain a permit to put in your car window. The breakfast options were amazing for the price, all the usual help yourself choices while you seat yourself and then choices from avocado toast, to full English, to full vegetarian and vegan options too. The site is also very handy for visiting the Abbey (opposite) and nearby museums and shops, and it's only half a mile to the Roses Theatre. I would definitely come again."
