"I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did at The Marriot Westchase. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and nice, made me feel at ease and welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant inside. The parking is great and I felt my vehicle was safe. The only thing missing was a microwave in my room other than that I have no complaints about my stay. Definitely booking with them again❣️"

"Check in was absolutely horrible. After a long flight, all I wanted to do was shower and relax. My room was given to another customer who had the same last name. Translation.. Customer see did not check her Identification. My wait time for a room was roughly 2 hours. Spoke with the front desk representative. No help whatsoever. Asked to speak to a manager the next morning. He claimed he would look into the issue and get back to me. He never MAJOR inconvenience. ZERO out of 10!!’ DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Original room booked was not available, but a different room was offered for same price. There was a soft spot on the floor right in front of AC unit, made sure to walk around it not to go through floor. Curtains did not close all way so outdoor lighting lit up room. Beyond that, bed was confortable, room was clean. I'm not sure what ammenities was offered, but had a busy weekend doing other things so I was not there to use anything much."

"Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out. "
