"The cleaning crew didn’t clean room until 6 pm"

"This property surprised me. I went for a last minute Halloween get together. It's literally down the street roughly 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall. I booked a suite. I stayed 4 days. The room when I walked in smelled a little like winter A/C (when the A/C unit hasn't been turned on in a while. The trip was Halloween weekend so I'm sure after a certain date they stop using the A/C. This space was massive. The bathroom was a regular size bathroom, but outside of that was a vanity morrow with...

"Check-in went great, and we were excited to enjoy our stay! Unfortunately, things went downhill once we got settled into our room. First, the TV would only show one channel and displayed a message telling us to contact the front desk. After calling, we were simply told to restart it, which we had already tried several times before reaching out. No one offered to come up and take a look, so we went our entire stay without a working TV. We specifically booked a room with a jetted tub, which we...

"El hotel estaba en construcción y habían mucha gente trabajando El cuarto no tenía control del tele Y no me limpiaron la habitación En general no me gustó habría q esperar la remodelación"

"This is the second time in a week that I have stayed at the Drury Inn and also booked a room for other family members. The hotel is clean, comfortable beds, safe and very quiet and the entire hotel was booked. The manager special offers a variety of options and the full breakfast does as well. Nice place to stay and easy to get on and off I- 610. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!"

"No technology in the room. Went to plug in my charger at the wall. Got dust on the knees of my black pants. Carpet was dirty. Bedside lamps cannot be reached from bed, so you have to get up to turn off after reading in bed. Tried to see if I could stream a movie on TV. No Streaming Services to be had. Gym was okay. Valet parks your car outside in the heat. Breakfast is expensive."

"This has been our go to hotel when staying in Houston. They are going thru a remodeling and wasn't advised, stay away until they are finished. Housekeeping was hit and miss, missed all towels one day. Great coffee in the morning!"

"Incredibly spacious, comfortable, and welcoming! Pros: Excellent rooms with plenty of space, especially in the large bathroom. The beds are super comfortable, and the staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. It has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home."

"Very nice"
