"The location of the resort was great, cleanliness and overall look and feel was top notch. It was far to crowded for us, but between baseball opening day and the tail end of Spring Break, I get it, but our anniversary date doesnt change. I am very disappointed in the staff, not their attitude , but in their ability to complete simple task requested of them, task I offered to pay for if they could just get it done, task they assured me no less than 5 times in 2 days would be completed. I just really dont understand how such nice people, that seemed to have their act together, could literally lie over and over..I almost feel like the break in communication might have been on the back end and maybe were not aware. I probably wont stay here again, 800 per night to get lied to isnt worth it..I can get that at home for free."

"Very friendly staff and clean property. The onsite restaurants were excellent and service of staff fantastic. The trolley and golf cart pick ups to the Sand Key and Clearwater beach were so convenient and came right to lobby door. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Joe at front desk is the best! Great Hotel! We had never stayed in Homes2 Suites before so we were not sure what to expect , other than reviews that seemed a little too good. Turns out, the reviews were absolutely true! The only glitch was the pool was closed due to a pump issue. I would highly recommend this location. "

"We stayed 1 night after a spring training baseball game. Hotel was tired bed was okay. Breakfast was okay. Suitable for 1 night, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. "

"The beach was great! Room was nothing fancy, but clean. Staff was pleasant. The coffee is horrible and no coffee spots around. Buy your own groceries and you’ll find this place a nice gem. "

"The room was the dirtiest we’ve seen in a while. The mirror in front of the beds had baby hand prints all over them. The fridge has spilled stuff inside. The top comforter looked like, there were shoe prints on the bottom and some of the towels had yellow stains on them. We bought our own sheets and everything, so we didn’t complain to the staff. However, we will never stay there again. "
