"There was a slight issue with a previous guests item in our room upon arrival which was immediately addressed by staff (Alice was amazing!!) and I was offered an upgrade to an amazing suite and a drink on the house. The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. Thank you again!"

"Great hotel in a great location. Hotel staff are a credit to the property and were fantastic. If you need a city centre hotel to explore Liverpool then I'd highly recommend. Bar was also a highlight. Great cocktails and atmosphere. Rooms are huge with high ceilings and period features retained"

"The room was clean, beds very comfortable and the staff were friendly, breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast we’ve had. Although we would stay here in future we won’t be paying for the breakfast. "
