"Great location with convenient self-parking ($35/day) across from the hotel. The room was large and comfortable but had a musty smell which did not dissipate during our three day stay. The breakfast was marginal but the staff handling the breakfast was great. There is a Harris Teeter supermarket right next door which was a real bonus for getting snacks and drinks. There was a rooftop sitting area with comfortable chairs which had a good view of the river."

Extremely close to worthwhile horse drawn carriage rides and shopping galore at the famed city market and small street side shops. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, plentiful and fresh! The staff were so friendly for breakfast and afternoon cheeses & wine, also complimentary! Valet service went beyond plus the bicycle taxis were also readily available and reasonable."
