"Such a great impression walking into the reception area - really nicely presented Secure car park Children were offered a free toy which was a nice touch Comfortable bedroom Food could have been better in the restaurant, breakfast in particular was disappointing"

"Very clean modern accommodation that offers everything you would need. Bus runs outside of the property to and from Eurodisney and also to the local train station to connect with Paris Châtelet des Halles. Only criticism would be with the lack of shops close by to get basic essentials, especially if you have no personal transport."

"Pleasantly surprised by our stay here! The outside of the building and the steps up to reception definitely could do with some work, but once you’re inside, it’s spotless. Very clearly recently renovated and our room had everything we needed (minus a safe). Great location right across the road from the train station, and a fab hub for our disney trip"
APPARTHOTEL Torcy

"On arrival the member of staff on reception was very welcoming and made check in quick and easy. Some parts of the hotel were a little scruffy but our room was impressively clean. We were blocked on my credit card €90 for a damage deposit and worried we wouldn't get it back as there were a couple of scuffs from chairs on the wall and the kitchen sink tap didn't sit properly but it worked. (We shouldn't have worried as it was unblocked as soon as we checked out! )The beds were very comfortable and re-made on our second night even though we didn't ask them to,which was a lovely surprise when we got back. The room had amazing Aircon too which meant a great comfy night's sleep for me! The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The kitchenette was a bonus for us and made the stay so much easier. I will definitely use this place again. So close to decent restaurants and the train station. It was very easy to get to in the car too. Would 100% recommend for hassle free trips into Paris from here. It was also a very good price for two nights in August."

"We checked in and they gave us our key very easily. Coming to Disney was super easy to access (2€ each way by the RER A train) and was about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast there as we just went to a local bakery everyday. The town itself is big but seems as though no one is there. Our room overlooked the plaza part, and although they were revamping it, we didn’t hear any noise. Housekeeping came twice with new towels, as we had asked. A/C was okay, around 20 degrees, and our fridge didn’t cool things down, just kept them cool enough so you weren’t eating/drinking warm things, which was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall I’d stay here again if I was going to Disney, very little to complain about :)"

"Friendly staff was helpful when advising where to park as their car park was full. Rooms were clean and well maintained now issues there. Though be aware train station is located next to the hotel, if you are a light sleeper. Though you could hear the slight sound of the passing of the train but it was not enough to keep us from sleeping so was not really a bother to us. So overall a pleasant stay. 👍"

"We was not expecting the rooms to be brilliant. But what a surprise we had. Yes they are small but not alot smaller than a cabin on a criuse, beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless. They only cleaned them if you asked but for a 1* hotel we thought it was great. We had breakfast included which said continental but they also had some hot items like crepe, scrambled eggs, the boiled eggs you done yourself, tea coffee juice machines. It was perfect for disney as the rer A station is 8-10 minutes walk away which we purchased the week ticket as we were staying for 5 nights and you can just come and go as many times as needed to any rer station. If we go again we will stay again and would recommended to anyone on a tight budget as from disney to the hotel in total was approx 45 mins. Check in and breakfast is all delt with at the campanile which you share their car park @ €10 a night."
