"It’s all about expectations. We used this motel as a halfway point on our way to Orlando. No frills, older motel which met our needs for one night. Free hot breakfast definitely a plus! Great local Mexican restaurant nearby. Staff was very nice when they asked if I was a smoker, as I had mistakenly booked a smoker’s room. Luckily, a non-smoking room was available. Would stay again."

"Parking was great staff was great the cockroach in our room running around not so good very bad the wall being all crumbly around the air conditioning with the rust around the windows probably not great. Tried to reach out to the property in corporate with no answer red roof, and simply doesn’t care that there was cockroaches in our room and I have videos of it. They simply don’t care so as long as you don’t mind some cockroaches the staff is friendly and the property is easily accessible. Just...

"The room was very basic—it doesn’t even have a hair dryer. The mattress reminds me of the those from the 70’s with creaking metal springs. I was shocked to see that those types of mattresses is still being used."

"Upon walking in the hotel lobby smells like smoke. In our hallway someone was smoking pot. The floor in our room was incredibly sticky. The hotel needs work. It got the landlord special slapping paint on it. Needs legitimately cleaned not just picked up between guests. I don't recommend this hotel and won't be going back."

"The new owners have done a great job in renovations. Beds were comfortable, rooms were reasonable, close to gas station and Dunkin’ Donuts. Pool was officially opened. Still no continental breakfast but for the price of the rooms it was okay."

Rolled flack hair is everywhere, old socks, previously left in a room… we couldn’t walk in the floors, was soooo dirty , I think outside was cleaner then inside. I would never recommend to stay there. I made a comment on google , property management apologize and ‘ hopped’ we coma back again. That’s is so crazy to me ."

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed is a little hard for me but comfortable. The room was amazingly clean, the sheets were stained but cleaned. The bathroom was very clean. The neighbors were very loud . All in all it was a good stay for the money."
