There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! "Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS. The breakfast was very mediocre 3 star at best, pillows very uncomfortable, room itself was very nice with balcony and good bathroom with...

"Schönes altehrwürdiges Hotel mit Charme und schöner Aussicht, wo wir uns recht wohl gefühlt haben. Der Zustand des vorhandenen Interieurs war sehr gepflegt, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial: Zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad, leider keine Garderobe im Flur und nur ein Stuhl im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Wichtige Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden können. Bitte Belüftung von Bad und WC verbessern. Ich empfehle, mal einen Raumausstatter zurate zu ziehen."

"Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views."
