"Everything was great until the fire alarm went off at 10:30 at night and we had to get the kids out of bed. After all of the guests were standing around outside in our pjs, no one came out to check on us. We went back in a couple minutes after it went off and the staff had no answers why it went off. “We think it was a malfunction”. After we returned to our room my daughter walked into our bathroom and screamed. There was a bubble explosion coming out of our toilet. Never saw anything of the like, we just cleaned it up with towels. Definitely an eventful stay."

"It's an open parking lot, so anyone can wander or bike through. The staff was incredibly friendly at our check in. The room was fine, but nothing to scream home about."

"It is in the worst part of town with drug and prostitutes in and out. There were drug dealing going on in the parking lot. I would never stay there and when I called Hotels.com they weren’t going to refund my money until I spoke to the woman at the front desk. I told hotels.com that it was pretty sad that they don’t inspect the hotels on their site and that this is not the first time i have had a problem. Very disappointed in this site and the hotel. "

"The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again."

"Need to put customer first not profit at all cost have my reservation since nov at great price and got there did find it and you charged me over $1200 hundred dollars for that room you will hear from me to get my money back you put a helping face put was all to make more money I trust you but not again "

"Comfy beds and good hot shower with plenty of pressure. Some guests were going up and down aisle on our floor very loud and late at night. It only lasted a few minutes though."

"Two elevators available, but... only one was in use. It was a pain waiting & using one elevator. Please try & resolve that issue please. I wanna come back again."
