"The property is very dated and not up to date. It really no better than a Motel 6 and not worth the price. Website and pictures are deceiving. There was minimum towels for two people and a two night stay. There was NO in either the bathroom or shower. The room was not cleaned and refreshed after first night stay and we had re-use towels. Room smelled stuffy and moldy. I have nothing to recommend this hotel for. "

"Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn’t like paying 10 dollars a night to park. Two of us were handicapped! Had it ony drivers license. But they wanted to see the tag. Especially bad we were headed to Stanford with my sister going in for cancer surgery. "

"Tried to cancel - was on hold for 55 minutes - front desk would not pick up - when it did pick up the call, said could not cancel as it had passed few minutes from deadline to cancel. Awful customer service. Not going to a Sheraton anymore."

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel. I would stay again and make sure to get a patio because the gardens are beautiful "

"Very cool and stylish property. I loved the theme throughout the hotel. Furnishings felt like they were in good condition. The bed was very comfortable for a 5 month pregnant guest! The $25 credit for food/drink was very nice and I made use of it. I think the breakfast was better than the lunch/dinner offerings. The coffee in the room could be better. I didn't use it since it was just instant coffee. Great location, friendly staff. Would come again. "
